Daryl Bible, Workforce Development
Specialist, Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention
Daryl is a certified organization
development consultant with 20 years of
progressive experience in facilitation,
policy development, program analysis,
staff development, career counseling,
and managing organizational change and
transition.
His professional background
includes serving as an organizational
and workforce development consultant,
educational and vocational counselor,
managing human capital development
initiatives, and providing consulting
services in the public, private and
non-profit arenas
Edward Brown, CEO of Core Edge Image and Charisma
Institute, Inc.
Edward Brown has traveled throughout the
world studying how people in other
cultures achieve and perceive success.
The wisdom and insights gained through
his studies have been incorporated into
Core Edge's research and development
department. Among many roles, Brown is
also lead instructor for Core Edge Image
& Charisma Institute, Inc., which
instructs the Legal and Professional
Community on how to profit and lead
their industry by developing charisma.
He is the author of nine books,
including: Image, Power & Charisma,
10-Plus Ways of Gaining Recognition
Within Your Profession, Get Yours: Power
Moves for Attorneys, As the World Turns:
Developing Ideal Employees in a Global

served as a board member for the Atlanta

Charismatic Studies. He graduated from
Howard University with a concentration
in Political Science and Public
Relations and has advanced legal
training from the University of Dayton
School of Law.
Sonya Robinson CPS , IAAP
Sonya Robinson
Certified Professional Secretary (CPS)
is a native of Atlanta, Georgia.
She began her
federal government career 23 years ago.
She has been employed by the
Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia,
since April of 2003.
She currently works in the Office
of Surveillance and Epidemiology and
Laboratory Services (OSELS), Public
Health Surveillance Program Office
(PHSPO), Business Management Activity
(BMA), as the Division of Behavioral
Surveillance (DBS), Administrative
Officer.
Sonya is currently
serving her second year as President of
the Dogwood Chapter, GA Division,
International Association of
Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
Prior to that, she has held
numerous other positions within the
organization from Elected Director,
Treasurer, Secretary, and Vice President
of the Dogwood Chapter.
Dogwood
Chapter is one of 28 Professional
Chapters, and 6 Student Chapters in the
State of Georgia, comprising the Georgia
Division IAAP.
Georgia Division is a member of
the Southeast District which makes up
one of six districts to the
international organization. IAAP has
affiliate members from several countries
including Canada, England, Japan, Hong
Kong, and Jamaica.
IAAP has nearly 600
Chapters worldwide.
She is a member of a
number of other professional
organizations which includes the Society
of Government Meeting Professionals
(SGMP), Blacks in Government (BIG), and
the American Society of Administrative
Professionals (ASAP).
She believes in the
IAAP mission, purpose, objectives, and
vision which are: to be the
acknowledged, recognized leader of
administrative professionals and to
enhance their individual and collective
value, image, competence, and influence;
to provide information, education, and
training and to set standards of
excellence recognized by the business
community on a global perspective; to
elevate the standards of all
administrative professionals and to
promote their working relationships with
management through continuing education,
authorized programs, and publications;
and to inspire and equip all
administrative professionals to attain
excellence.
Angela Glaude-Hosch, MPA
Angela Glaude-Hosch is a Lead Visual
Information Specialist with the Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention,
where she manages an eighteen-member
graphic design team and has over twenty
years of government experience. A 1988
graduate of Spelman College, Angela
received a B.A. degree in Psychology and
in 1999 earned a Masters degree in
Public Administration from Troy State
University. As an accomplished speaker,
poet and presenter, Angela’s greatest
passion, driven by her strong Faith, is
using her God-given talents to
encourage, inspire, and motivate others.
She self published her first book of
poetry, Reflections of the Soul
in 1996, sharing her works on a number
of local radio programs (WAOK 1380AM,
WYZE 1480AM) and has developed and
conducted numerous motivational
workshops tailored to both professional
and spiritual audiences.
Neca C. Smith, Counselor and Anger
Management Specialist, AidevO People
Consulting, LLC
AidevO
(pronounced I-DEE-VO) is a comprehensive
counseling, training and consulting
organization providing anger and
conflict solutions to professionals and
businesses. Neca is a Licensed
Professional Counselor in the state of
Georgia and has a B.S.
in Health Care Management as well
as an M.S. & Ed. S. in Professional
Counseling. She is also a National
Certified Counselor, a Certified Anger
Management Specialist and a Certified
Professional in Managing Workplace
Conflict.
