GEARS has a complete facility of professionals to handle new systems, upgrades on
existing systems, diagnostics and repair of computing systems of all brands, running
all operating systems. We offer service contracts including maintenance and support
of networking systems, networked storage and software.
GEARS provides and maintains a technical assistance support group to provide customers
with real-time hardware and software solution responses. GEARS’s integrated
help desk services include but are not limited to: problem determination, incident
logging, customer follow-up, and on-site technician dispatch. Product support services
for the entire suite of our customers products, systems and applications include
but are not limited to installation, configuration, resolution of general hardware
conflicts, and remote user network access and troubleshooting.
