Software Training

The GEARS Instructional Designers and Training Professionals work together to conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs, and media. In addition to preparing all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids), we also prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Our instructors train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
